Your Role:

As our Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for leading by example on food safety, health and safety, and compliance.

You will also champion excellent customer service for the store, manage store teams, and engage with local community and charity partners.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience in retail management

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
">
* Ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, and weekends
">
* A valid driving license or ability to travel to the store via public transport
">
* Previous experience in managing stock and maintaining high standards of store appearance
">
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures and ability to lead by example

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
">
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
