Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide procurement support to senior project teams, including preparing detailed work packages, ITTs, budgets, and analyzing tender returns.
They will prepare, negotiate, and agree subcontract documents, variations, omissions, and final accounts. The commercial manager will oversee multiple subcontract packages from order to final account, covering payments, claims, and cost control.
Maintain continuous cost, value, and cash-flow reporting, ensuring contractually compliant commercial documentation.
Engage proactively with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve issues and protect commercial entitlement.
Requirements
* A relevant third-level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
* A proven working knowledge of current contract law.
* A proven track record in customer relationship development.
