We're looking to hire someone that is passionate about SEO, has their finger on the pulse of the industry and is looking to push their clients to deliver best in class success. This person will be leader within their team, always supporting their teammates improvement, progression and learning.You will be required to lead and shape a highly functioning team that will exceed client objectives and expectations. You will be responsible for their performance and will have the flexibility to allow you to succeed and showcase your skills.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be able to deliver two core outputs (1) Supporting the Head of SEO across a range of projects (2) Leading a highly functioning team of multiskilled SEOs.At its core the purpose of SEO Account Director role is to:Understand our clients' business objectives and translate that into best-in-class bespoke Owned Media strategies Lead your own team to deliver innovative and ambitious solutions that deliver client objectives and KPIs Ensure your team works collaboratively with the specialist teams across Owned and Earned (Content, Outreach, Creative, PR, GEO) to produce exceptional strategies that deliver measurable reward for clients Deliver financial targets growing revenue and tracking progressStrategic FocusCollaborate with Head of SEO to translate business strategy into ambitious executional SEO plans and targets for your own team and clients Support Head of SEO to work with specialist teams to deliver innovative, strategic, and commercial products and services that drive client performance. Actively drive innovation by feeding requirements and ideas into the testing framework for SEO.
