We are currently recruiting for a Building Energy Rating (BER) Specialist to work with our clients in County Kerry. As a BER Specialist, you will be required to inspect buildings, collect data and use SEAI-approved software to calculate energy performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site surveys of residential and commercial properties
* Analyse construction details, insulation, heating, ventilation and renewable systems
* Provide accurate BER certificates and advisory reports to clients
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building construction and energy systems along with proficiency in IT and BER software tools. A relevant qualification in engineering or architecture is also desirable.
