Overview
Content Marketing Manager at Dolby Laboratories. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, sales enablement, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative communicator with strong program management skills and a passion for empowering sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Selling Program Management & Content Calendar Ownership: Develop and execute a global social selling strategy; own and manage the content calendar for social selling across platforms.
* Content Creation and Curation: Create, curate engaging, brand-aligned content for sales leadership to build thought leadership and strengthen presence among target audiences.
* Engagement Analytics: Analyze engagement metrics and refine content strategies to optimize reach and impact.
* Interest Generation and Partner Nurture Program Development: Partner with the Head of Sales Enablement to design programs that generate interest among prospects and deepen engagement with existing partners.
* Program Requirements and Automation: Define functional requirements for programs using CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring scalability and effectiveness; assess and enhance marketing automation and CRM capabilities.
* Content Development for Nurture and Engagement Programs: Create customer-focused content for emails, social, landing pages, and educational materials; tailor messaging to buyer journey stages; ensure alignment with brand voice and sales/marketing goals.
* Internal Sales Communications and Enablement Site Management: Manage internal communications, including monthly video updates and slides; maintain and update the internal sales enablement site with timely content and resources.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* 4–6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or sales enablement.
* Experience developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels (e.g., social media, internal comms, email).
* Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze).
* Ability to use performance data to iterate on content and program effectiveness (engagement metrics, email performance).
* Strong proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and presentation design.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
* Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
