You will play a critical role in introducing prospective customers to the value of Salesforce, contributing directly to revenue generation and business expansion.This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment that offers structured training, clear career progression, and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of customers across multiple industries.Sales Development is the foundation of the sales organisation at Salesforce.
It is where careers in technology sales are built and where future Account Executives develop their skills.As a BDR, you will:* Contribute directly to the creation of new business pipeline* Partner with experienced sales professionals and leadership teams* Gain exposure to complex sales cycles and enterprise customers* Build the core skills required for long-term success in SaaS salesYou will also take part in a comprehensive onboarding and training programme, designed to accelerate your development.
This includes product training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to support your progression within the organisation.
## Key Responsibilities* Generate new business pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting* Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through outbound activity* Conduct account research to identify key decision-makers and opportunities* Engage prospective customers through cold calling, email, and social outreach* Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory strategies* Build relationships with stakeholders across new and existing accounts* Nurture early-stage opportunities and progress them through the sales funnel## Preferred Qualifications* Fluency in Danish and English, with the right to work in Ireland* Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment* Experience in prospecting, account research, and outbound engagement* Strong communication and relationship-building skills* Track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets* Degree or equivalent experience (including internships, extracurricular leadership, or relevant work experience)## Life at SalesforceWorking at Salesforce goes beyond sales performance.
