Electrical Supervisor Job Description
Are you a skilled Electrical Supervisor with experience in coordinating and planning resources, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team on a Data Centre project in Amsterdam.
* Coordinate and plan resources, including labour, materials, and sub-contractors
* Manage and drive a team to meet project requirements and deadlines
* Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
* Prepare relevant reports
* Report on progress
* Maintain the quality of work throughout installation
* Carry out weekly toolbox talks
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance for direct staff and sub-contractors
* Regularly review working practices to improve site safety
* Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering or hold an electrical trade background
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Supervisory role
* Experience working on a Data Centre project is beneficial
* Must have worked for an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK
* Ability to work independently and be driven
* Proficient in MS Office
