We are seeking applicants for a
Field Service Technician
to join our busy Technical Support team.
This is a full time, field based, permanent role.
Role overview:
The ideal candidate for this Field Service Technician role will have a strong technical mindset with a focus on system performance, diagnostics, and attention to detail.
You will be:
A problem solver with a structured, methodical approach.
Highly organised and capable of managing own schedule.
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
A strong communicator, able to liaise with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a complete level of service to our customers on site which could include - commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating allproducts and services within our offering.
Conduct post-installation commissioning inspections and sign-offs.
Carry out routine maintenance on heat pump installations.
Work in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulation.
Provide phone and onsite troubleshooting as required.
Requirements
Background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing.
Experience or strong interest in heat pump technology and renewable systems.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Munster.
Familiarity with CRM or field service management systems.
Fluent English - verbal and written.
