Job Overview: The Clinical Specialist will support sales and market objectives by promoting a range of Gynae Devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the Territory. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills and business acumen. Duties: 1. Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of company's products and surgical techniques 2. Engage with existing and new Healthcare Professionals (HCP) to develop robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise appropriate sales leads 3. Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols and relevant competitor activity, working jointly with Territory Manager/Sales Lead 4. In addition to customer-facing activities, the Clinical Specialist will also support development of product & procedure knowledge with sales team. This may involve teaching in theatre setting or classroom environments as well as participation in Induction Training Programme. gen={
