We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated
Chef de Partie
to join the kitchen team of a well-established hospitality venue in County Wicklow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to develop their career within a busy and professional kitchen environment.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation, supporting senior chefs while maintaining consistently high standards across food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section
Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste
Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or hospitality kitchen
Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
Good organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen compliance procedures
