Responsibilities
* Design and execute a forward-thinking business development strategy to accelerate growth across the Leinster region.
* Seek out and secure new commercial opportunities through networking, market insight, and proactive lead generation.
* Forge and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and prospects.
* Understand client challenges and deliver bespoke solutions aligned with their business objectives.
* Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement to proposal, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
* Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
* Maintain meticulous records of business development activity in the CRM system and report on performance metrics regularly.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in business development, B2B sales, or key account management preferably within distribution, safety products, or workplace solutions.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and securing high-value contracts.
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse client needs and craft effective sales strategies.
* Comfortable operating independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
* Full, clean driving licence is essential.
