POBAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA APPLIES
Purpose of Position:
To provide general administration services to support the upkeep and day to day running of FACT Social Club. To take calls & enquiries. To help maintain the social media presence of the organisation. To deliver other ad-hoc duties as requested by the CSP Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration
· Entering referrals and information on the FACT database.
· Updating files on the database as appropriate- this could be daily, weekly or monthly updates.
· File all logged referrals in an orderly manner & ensure ease of use for other members of the Company.
· Collate all requested reports from the database
. Ensure all Income & expenditure is recorded and documented onto the database
. to file documentation aligning with GDPR regulations
· Carry out any other administrative duties relevant to the Company as requested by the CSP Manager.
Other
· Keep informed and up to date on all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines that the Company has enacted.
· Abide by and conform to the Company's policy on confidentiality

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge/Experience:
· Secretarial/office administration experience would be a benefit but full training will be provided for the database/OneDrive
· Experience in Microsoft Office Packages specifically Microsoft Word & Excel, SAGE Accounts, Payroll
· Previous experience in an office environment would be welcomed
· Ability to perform as part of a team on under your own initiative
. to support the team when the need arises
Skills:
