We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Manager to lead our project teams in delivering safe and sustainable projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with experience in supervising and guiding project safety advisors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to promote safe working practices and manage the implementation of company health and safety policy and procedures. They will also be responsible for carrying out regular site inspections and reporting findings to relevant personnel.
In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to provide guidance and support to project team members on health and safety matters, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided and that HSE plans meet company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Level 8 qualification in Health and Safety
* At least 8 years of postgraduate experience in project HSE management
* Chartered membership of IOSH
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
