As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service and drive business results. You'll lead a high-performing team by example, support day-to-day operations, and be ready to step up and take charge whenever needed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Store Manager in overall shop operations
* Leading team members to deliver top-tier customer engagement
* Driving performance and hitting KPIs through smart in-shop activity
* Coaching and mentoring team members to unlock their full potential
* Ensuring compliance with laws, health & safety, and company policies
* Taking responsibility for opening/closing, security, and cash handling when in charge
Requirements include:
* Previous management / supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing leadership role
* A confident team player who can step into a leadership position
* Strong communication skills and passion for customer service
* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
* A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow
