This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards Work across different sections of the kitchen as required Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety at all times Adhere to HACCP and health & safety guidelines Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Culinary qualification preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility with working hours, including weekends
