Project Coordinator
About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead projects across Dublin and surrounding areas, working with various sectors including residential, commercial, life science facilities, data centres, and specialist environments.
Duties include overseeing day-to-day project operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in a similar role, strong background in at least one of the following sectors: residential, commercial, pharma, or industrial, excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards, and relevant qualifications such as construction management or engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within allocated costs
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety, environmental, and building codes
* Maintain accurate records of project progress, including minutes of meetings, correspondence, and financial transactions
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to communicate project status, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
Knowledge of Irish building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
