Medical Social Worker Opportunity
A critical role within our healthcare system is available for a skilled Medical Social Worker. This challenging assignment requires the successful candidate to oversee medical social work services in an acute tertiary referral hospital.
* Key duties include discharge planning, developing and maintaining management information systems, safeguarding vulnerable adults, assessing homeless individuals, providing intervention services for self-harm and substance misuse cases, and bereavement support and trauma work.
Requirements
* A recognized qualification as a Social Worker with CORU registration.
* At least six months postgraduate experience in a similar setting.
* Permission to work in Ireland.
* A professional approach to work and flexibility.
