Building Surveyor
with strong
Project Management
capabilities to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor with
3–5 years of experience
to become an integral part of a busy consultancy team. You'll work alongside building surveyors, service engineers, project managers, and designers, reporting to a Chartered Building Surveyor within the Aramark consultancy team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct building surveys for:
* Pre-acquisition reports
* Planned preventative maintenance and sinking fund reports
* Defect analysis and recommendations
* Prepare and negotiate dilapidations claims and responses for both landlords and tenants
* Manage statutory applications including:
* Planning permission
* Fire safety
* Disabled access
* Building compliance
* Coordinate and approve landlord consents and tenant fit-outs
* Lead project management activities including design and cost consultancy
