Deskside Support Engineer
to join our dynamic team and provide high-quality on-site support across our campus.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform PC and laptop hardware replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting with accuracy and care.
* Provide Windows setup, troubleshooting and support within a fast-paced business environment.
* Carry out desk moves, including safely removing, relocating and reconnecting hardware equipment across the campus.
* Deliver hardware and peripherals to users and ensure timely deployment.
* Complete laptop and desktop imaging to company standards.
* Offer remote client support, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
* Handle network cabling and patching, ensuring tidy and reliable connectivity.
* Support the network infrastructure, including switches, routers and wireless access points.
* Troubleshoot mobile devices, configure work profiles and install required business applications.
* Set up and maintain meeting rooms and conference rooms, ensuring all AV equipment is fully functional.
* Perform planned meeting-room tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to guarantee smooth operation.
