Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Quality Engineering and Technician team.
Drive process and quality improvements across manufacturing operations.
Establish and monitor quality controls to detect and prevent issues early.
Reduce quality failures through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support staff training and promote standardised manufacturing practices.
Monitor quality performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
3+ years’ experience
Previous team leadership experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis capability.
Flexibility for occasional travel if required.
Analytical thinking and structured problem solving
Leadership and strong communication skills
Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methods
Attention to detail and technical proficiency
