Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to kick-start their career in recruitment. As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing team that provides recruitment services to various clients across different industries.
Main Responsibilities
- Learn the full 360 recruitment process, including client management, candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements
- Support and grow a hot desk focused on roles in the Life Sciences sector
- Engage new and existing clients through business development and relationship building
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and proactive outreach
- Manage interviews, feedback, and offers between candidates and clients
- Build your online brand and contribute to the company's positive reputation in the market
- Represent the company at local business and networking events
- Ensure accurate data input in the recruitment system
About You
We are looking for individuals with a strong background in sales, business development, hospitality, retail, or customer service, who are eager to learn and grow within a performance-driven team. The ideal candidate should have:
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and resilient personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take ownership and grow within the team
- Must live within a commutable distance of the city and be available onsite full-time during training
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - essential
- Previous experience in recruitment or use of LinkedIn Recruiter - a bonus
