Occupli are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced EHSQ Lead & IMS Coordinator to drive best-in-class safety, environmental, and quality standards across multiple sites in Ireland.
This is a key leadership role where you'll take ownership of the full EHSQ function—shaping strategy, ensuring compliance, and embedding a strong safety-first culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and evolve the EHSQ strategy across multiple locations
Ensure compliance with H&S and environmental legislation
Manage and improve ISO systems *****, *****, *****, *****)
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Deliver training and promote a proactive safety culture
Report on EHSQ performance to senior leadership
Requirements
5+ years in an EHSQ leadership role
Strong knowledge of Irish H&S and environmental regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant qualification in Health & Safety / Environmental discipline
