We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Internal Technical Sales professional to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced technical sales environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and values strong customer and supplier relationships.
You will support the external sales function, manage customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and ensure a smooth process from initial enquiry to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to internal sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions
Liaise with suppliers to gather pricing, availability, and technical information
Process customer orders efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy
Manage and order stock when required
Follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into sales
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
Participate in product training to maintain strong technical knowledge
Work towards and achieve monthly KPIs
Requirements
Experience with valves and actuation products is essential
Strong administrative and organisational capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
