Third-Level Education Account Manager

About Real Nation

Real Nation is a behaviour change agency specialising in national education initiatives and creative campaigns that spark real-world impact — from healthy eating and sustainability to business skills and wellbeing.

We work at the intersection of education, psychology, creativity and logistics — delivering programmes for schools and students across Ireland, backed by evidence and brought to life through collaboration. Our work has won awards, including recognition from the World Health Organisation.

We are now looking for a Third-Level Education Account Manager to help us deliver sponsored student-centred initiatives within the third-level space.

Why This Role?

If you're organised, creative, and have experience managing projects or client relationships, this is an opportunity to:

* Lead meaningful work that impacts thousands of students nationwide
* Join a fast-paced, friendly team with expertise across education, events and experiential
* Build your career in a growing agency where no two days are the same
* Develop both strategic and hands-on skills — from content creation to logistics
* Work on high-profile programmes with national reach

Who We're Looking For

You're a problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a calm head under pressure. You thrive in dynamic environments, like agencies or education projects, and you enjoy juggling timelines, people and ideas.

Essentials:

* Excellent knowledge of third-level institutions, student unions, and/or campus partnerships
* Proven ability to manage complex timelines, stakeholders, and logistics
* Confident communicator, comfortable managing expectations in fast-paced environments

Bonus Points For:

* Experience in account management, project management, or client services (agency, events, experiential, or campaigns)
* Familiarity with event production, experiential delivery, or supplier management
* Experience in student union roles
* Familiarity with Google Suite

What You'll Be Working On

You will manage projects from brief through to execution, working closely with Real Nation's events, education, and creative teams to shape concepts, and coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, including colleges, student unions, and student partners, to deliver student-focused campaigns, on-campus activations, live events, ambassador programmes, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Account Management

* Manage a portfolio of sponsoring clients, acting as the primary point of contact
* Lead client briefings, status updates, approvals, timelines, and budgets (where applicable)
* Ensure client objectives are clearly communicated to strategy and creative teams
* Build strong, trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery standards

Campus Collaboration & Student Stakeholder Coordination

* Coordinate delivery across college partners, student unions and student networks, supporting campus access and activation logistics
* Work with institutional and student stakeholders to ensure activations are appropriate, compliant, and well-received

Project Management and Delivery

* Oversee project delivery once concepts are agreed, ensuring feasibility, timelines, and budgets are aligned
* Manage schedules, resources, suppliers, and internal teams, including events, design, production, and research
* Oversee delivery from concept handover through on-the-ground execution and project wrap-up
* Identify risks early, propose solutions, and ensure projects remain on track
* Track delivery against agreed KPIs, including reach, engagement, participation, and brand outcomes
* Produce post-campaign reporting and insights in collaboration with internal teams
* Capture learnings and contribute to repeatable best practice for the department

The Offer

* A meaningful role in a purpose-driven company
* Hybrid working model with flexibility (subject to review)
* An open, collaborative and idea-led culture
* Professional development and project ownership

Details

* Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months
* Location: 94 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2 (hybrid)
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
* Right to Work: Must be eligible to live and work in Ireland
