As demand for residential solar solutions continues to rise, our client is expanding their team and seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Area Sales Manager to support and grow their domestic client base across the Southwest of Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading solar company and play an active role in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector. While the role offers a high degree of autonomy, you'll have strong support from an experienced management team. In addition to your core sales responsibilities, you'll also collaborate with a team of certified electricians, skilled engineers, and experienced installers on a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive B2C sales of solar PV systems within the domestic market.
2. Identify and convert new residential leads while nurturing existing relationships.
3. Conduct in-home consultations and site assessments.
4. Provide tailored energy solutions based on customer needs.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, installation, and support.
6. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of solar PV technologies and industry trends.
7. Report on sales activity and market feedback.
About You:
8. Proven track record in field sales, ideally in B2C or home improvement sectors.
9. Interest or experience in renewable energy or solar PV is a strong advantage.
10. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Full driving license and willingness to travel across the region
