Customer Service Representative Hertz Rent a Car are currently recruiting Full Time energetic / self-motivated Customer Service Representatives for their Shannon Airport Branch.
This role requires vibrant and positive applicants who are willing to work in a fast-moving environment.
Main Tasks Include, Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging customers.
Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately.
Sell Hertz rental options to valued customers.
Verify insurance conditions.
Managing reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirement.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction.
The role requires, Excellent communication skills, a positive upbeat attitude This position will suit an individual with a sales and customer service background, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector but not essential.
Fluent English is required.
Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift working including weekends on a rota system) Full ongoing training will be provided.
