Supply Chain Planner
We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join the Supply Operations team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless supply of products, assisting in production planning, procurement, and inventory management for both internally and externally manufactured goods.
Responsibilities
Managing inventory reconciliation for finished products, bulk, and API, utilizing SAP ECC to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records.
Analysing MRP data in SAP to create and maintain a 0‑24 month production plan, making adjustments to meet forecast and inventory targets.
Generating, submitting, and managing Material Production Plans (MPPs) and all associated purchase orders.
Working closely with logistics teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment of products to global distribution centres.
Creating and maintaining detailed supply chain maps for all products.
Providing crucial input into the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Participating in business review and vendor management meetings to resolve supply issues and maintain strong partner relationships.
Ensuring all master data in SAP ECC is accurate and up‑to‑date.
Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is required.
1‑2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desired.
Proven experience utilizing SAP ECC for planning, procurement, and inventory management; knowledge of Tableau is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem‑resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, matrix environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex supply chain processes with external vendors.
A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to assess situations and initiate appropriate actions.
