Production Manager & Development Chef
Location: Baldoyle, Dublin 13

We're looking for a Production Manager & Development Chef to join our team at HQ in Baldoyle.
This is a hands-on role managing day-to-day food production while leading new product development and process improvements across our award-winning seafood brands —
Seafood Suppers, Salty Buoy, and The Urban Monger.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily food production and ensure consistent quality and efficiency
* Manage and support the production team, promoting a culture of excellence
* Develop and refine new products from concept through to launch
* Maintain and update HACCP, traceability, and compliance documentation
* Manage production planning, yields, and costings
* Work closely with management to identify and implement process improvements
* Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and retail customers where required
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in food production, manufacturing, or large-scale kitchen operations
* Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems
* Experience with NPD (new product development) and scaling production
* Confident with spreadsheets, yields, and production data
* Organised, reliable, and able to lead by example
* Passion for great Irish seafood and sustainable sourcing is a plus
