Responsible, in conjunction with the immediate supervisor, for shift safety, Quality and output in compliance with the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Company policies.
Responsibilities: Description: Achieve the desired level of competency as per the relevant training plan.
Follow the reasonable instructions/guidance of the immediate supervisor.
From within the individual's set task/area of responsibility, ensure that all product is produced as per cGMP and conforms to the approved specification.
Ensure consistent adherence to operating, quality and machine cleaning and safety procedures in production.
Deviations from standard procedures are reported to the immediate supervisor.
In conjunction with the individuals immediate supervisor, work in a co-ordinated and timely fashion to maximise the efficiency of equipment and other team members.
Ensure routine On the Job Training and SOP Training are completed on time, as guided by Mastercontrol.
Work positively with all PCI colleagues as One Team.
