Senior Business Manager - Global Banking & Markets

You will work closely with senior leadership to help shape strategy, drive key initiatives, and enhance how the business operates day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver key business priorities across a European Banking & Markets platform
Support strategic initiatives and change programmes, from business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation
Drive improvements in operational processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency, transparency, and control
Support business planning, governance, and management reporting, including preparation of materials for senior leadership and committees
Collaborate across front office, support, and control functions to resolve issues and deliver aligned outcomes
Contribute to strengthening the control environment through involvement in risk, audit, and regulatory activities
Build strong relationships across regional and global teams, acting as a trusted partner to the business
Requirements
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proven ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights and support decision-making
A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on delivering practical solutions
