As a Front-Line Operations Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our business. You will be responsible for supporting our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the success of our company.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Supporting day-to-day operations, including maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
* Ensuring all food safety policies are met, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Preparing food to high standards, following Subway's manual training content.
* Managing stock levels and controlling inventory.
* Cultivating strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service.
* Collaborating with management to achieve sales targets.
