Clinical Nurse Manager II & III
(Full time—Permanent )

Requirements:
·Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI(essential)
·Have 5years post registration experience in an acute setting.(essential)
·Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a Emergency Department setting.(essential)
·Hold a Post Graduate course in Emergency Nursing.(essential)
·Have a minimum of 1 year’s management experience(essential).
·Have completed a management training programme (desirable)
·A proven ability to plan, deliver and evaluate care provision in the emergency department
·Have good IT skills with proficiency in the use of all relevant applications.
·Have excellent communication & leadership skills with the ability to positively engage with staff and patients
·Have a proven ability to work under pressure
·Have an ability to deal with staff at all levels within the organisation
