Overview
Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Indirect Tax Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Tax Team in Ireland.
Responsibilities
 * Manage EMEA indirect tax compliance processes, including reviewing all computations and returns, ensuring accurate and timely submission to tax authorities, and managing relationships with external advisers and compliance providers.
 * Maintain VAT records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
 * Manage all tax payments due to tax authorities and ensure timely payment.
 * Participate in balance sheet tax reconciliations within the ERP system.
 * Manage relationships with tax authorities and oversee VAT audits and enquiries.
 * Assist with EMEA advisory projects, including advising on the VAT implications of M&A activity to optimise VAT positions and minimise liabilities.
 * Advise on VAT implications of business transactions and new projects with support from external advisers.
 * Support the business in understanding and implementing VAT‑efficient structures with support from external advisers.
 * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of VAT compliance and reporting.
 * Develop and maintain VAT policies and procedures.
 * Ensure SOX requirements are fully met.
About You
 * Hold a professional qualification in Tax or Accounting.
 * Possess strong technical knowledge of indirect tax; familiarity with EMEA tax regulations is highly advantageous.
 * Demonstrate a general understanding of accounting principles and reporting processes related to indirect taxes.
 * Proven ability to manage tasks effectively while adhering to strict and challenging deadlines.
 * Commitment to maintaining and updating technical knowledge in the field.
 * Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
