Field-Based Commercial Sales Expert – Dublin Region
Pay: From €40,000 per year (OTE €100,000+)

As we continue our expansion across Ireland, we are now seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales Representative for the Dublin region, specialising in commercial cleaning machines and robotics.
We are looking for a driven and experienced sales professional capable of operating in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment. This role requires someone who can quickly absorb product knowledge, demonstrate equipment confidently, and help customers transition from manual cleaning methods to advanced automated and robotic solutions.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Travel to new and existing customers across Dublin and Leinster to introduce them to our portfolio of cleaning equipment and autonomous robotic cleaning solutions
* Demonstrate floor scrubber dryers, sweepers, and AI-powered robotic machines to customers in various commercial environments
* Promote and explain the benefits of robotics, including 3D LiDAR navigation, AI adaptive cleaning, autonomous charging, and labour-saving ROI
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Troubleshoot customer queries and provide technical product knowledge
* Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver a high level of after-sales support
* Generate sales proposals, manage CRM entries, and follow up on all active leads
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in field or inside sales
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
* Experience working with annual sales volumes above €250,000 PA
* Understanding of electrical systems, batteries, automated machinery, or industrial equipment is a strong advantage
* Experience or interest in robotics and autonomous systems highly desirable
* Full, clean driving licence required
* Must be organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
* Smartphone, tablet, and full demonstration kit provided

* Base salary €40,000
* Uncapped commission structure with exceptional earning potential
