What You'll Be Doing
Develop deep product expertise and support customers via email and live chat
Diagnose and resolve software issues, including handling escalated queries
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
Advise customers on marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup best practice
German AE Customer Growth
What You'll Be Doing
Build and grow a strong customer base across the EMEA region
Own and actively manage your pipeline with a long-term, strategic mindset
Run a full sales cycle in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
Apply AI fluency to streamline workflows and focus on high-impact activities
German Business Development Specialist
What You'll Be Doing
Partner closely with experienced Account Executives to refine your sales approach and develop effective prospecting strategies.
Use a mix of outreach channels — email, LinkedIn, phone, and more — to engage prospects across different industries and decision-maker levels.
Identify high-value companies that align with our solutions and initiate meaningful conversations.
Drive pipeline growth by securing qualified meetings and creating strong new business opportunities.
What they're Looking For
Fluent
German
and English – written and spoken
Years' experience in a customer-facing SaaS or software support role OR
Experience carrying a net-new revenue quota, with consistent overachievement
Strong background selling MarTech SaaS solutions
Excellent written communication: clear, empathetic, and structured
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven support environment
