Are you car crazy and passionate about the automotive industry? Our client is seeking a friendly, proactive individual to join their well-established Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a great team player. Full training will be provided. An interest or knowledge in the auto trade is beneficial but not essential. The working hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. OB22
Roles and responsibilities include:
* Processing invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborating with the Warehouse team to ensure excellent customer service.
* Handling returns from Trade Counter customers.
* Providing support to our Reps on the road.
* Following up with customers via phone when required.
* Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
* Processing orders via phone, fax, and email clearly and accurately.
* Monitoring online orders via the Autonet portal for accuracy.
* Working with the Sales Office team to ensure adequate phone coverage.
* Delivering helpful and friendly service, especially for technical queries.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a genuine interest in automotive and cars.
* Possess previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
* Have a good telephone manner.
* Remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Be courteous, helpful, and efficient with customers and colleagues.
* Be a team player willing to learn and take initiative.

* Be hardworking, conscientious, and honest.
