Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the month-end close and deliver management accounts, performance dashboards and key financial metrics.
* Analyse financial results, investigate variances and provide insights to operational teams.
* Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and cost improvement tracking initiatives.
Monthly Reporting
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation of monthly management accounts, performance dashboards and key financial metrics. This will include analysing financial results, investigating variances and providing insights to operational teams. Accountancy Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment is required. In-depth understanding of standard costing principles is essential along with experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
