Litigation Legal Secretary
Annual Salary: Up to €40,000 depending on experience

Join a mid-sized law firm in the heart of Cork City as a Litigation Legal Secretary.
This role involves acting as a Legal Executive/Personal Assistant to the head of litigation, providing both administrative and secretarial support.
Day-to-day of the role:
File Management: Open, close, and maintain client files efficiently.
Document Management: Handle high volumes of typing, including letters and other legal documentation; amend documents as required.
Court Administration: Prepare court documents and briefs, liaising with counsel as necessary.
General Administration: Perform routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
Invoice Management: Oversee the preparation and management of invoices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary within Litigation.
Familiarity with Keyhouse or other computerised case management systems is desirable.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong IT and systems skills.
Independent in managing time and using initiative.
