About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Technology to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining technology capabilities, solutions, patterns, standards, and guidelines related to our Contact Center and Associate Desktop Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define technology capabilities, solutions, patterns, standards, and guidelines related to the Contact Center and Associate Desktop Experience.
* Work closely with EC3 Product and Technology leads, key business stakeholders, and other architects leading related capabilities.
* Partner with agile product area leaders, chapter area leaders, agile team leads, and architects to develop platform designs and solution roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ten years or more working in an architecture or engineering role with five years or more experience as a solution architect.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
* Experience with enterprise contact center platforms, including voice and interactive voice response technology.
* Experience with enterprise user experience strategy.
