The role
The Accounts Payable Executive Officer – Accounts Payable will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable operations within the Finance Team.
This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments, supports compliance with relevant public sector financial obligations, and contributes to the smooth operation of the Heritage Council's financial control framework.
The EO will work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain an efficient and compliant payment process, manage reporting requirements, and implement improvements in systems and procedures
