Recruitment Specialist at Prochem Engineering
Role Purpose:
We have an immediate requirement for an Electrical Engineer for an 18-month contract.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and handover of multi-disciplinary engineering projects; focusing on electrical requirements.
Co‑ordinate electrical elements on multiple projects on various production sites for the duration of projects.
Implement and adhere to company project management procedures and SOPs to deliver projects.
Verification, commissioning and handover of engineering systems to end users.
Work as part of a wider project team and assist in the delivery of key projects.
Provide technical support to production sites particularly on electrical requirements.
Support installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
Implement & maintain LOTO procedures to ensure safe isolation of electrical energy sources.
Assist with electrical risk assessments and safety documentation.
Support equipment upgrades, validation, and commissioning activities.
Education & Qualifications Required:
Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years work experience in an Electrical Engineer role.
Trade qualification with prior experience as an Electrical supervisor in a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience implementing or maintaining LOTO (Lock out Tag out).
Proven experience of strong organisational skills.
