Administrator – NF Electrical Services
NF Electrical Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing team in Clonakilty, Co.
Cork.
This role is central to the smooth running of our business, supporting electricians and management with scheduling, invoicing, documentation, and customer communication.
As the first point of contact for clients, you'll ensure enquiries are handled professionally, assist with SEAI grant paperwork, and keep projects on track from initial booking through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Manage job scheduling, calendars, and coordination with the electrical team
Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain accurate records
Assist with SEAI grant applications and compliance documentation
Support management with general office administration
Handle correspondence and maintain organised filing systems
Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the electrical/renewable energy sector (advantage but not essential)
