Front of House / Corporate Receptionist
Full-Time | Dublin 2 | Professional Services Organisation

A leading professional services organisation based in Dublin 2 is seeking a Front of House professional to join its high-performing Business Support team. This is a fully onsite role offering a dynamic and people-focused environment where your professionalism, attention to detail, and organisational skills will be key to success.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a high standard of front of house service and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

What you’ll do:

* Operate the reception desk: greeting guests, managing calls, and handling courier/post services

* Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor taxi arrangements

* Work closely with on-site catering to support Executive Floor requirements

* Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout front of house areas

* Monitor and order office supplies, manage ad hoc parking requests

* Provide administrative support for internal/external meetings and events, including AV and conferencing set-up

* Assist in the planning and delivery of company events and off-site meetings

* Support the Senior Leadership Team and wider Business Support function with general office administration


What we’re looking for:

* 2–3 years of experience in a front of house or office administration role within a high-volume, fast-paced corporate setting

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

* Professional, welcoming, and organised with excellent communication skills

* A proactive approach to problem solving and a genuine focus on service excellence
