This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up.
The role involves leading the kitchen team in a vibrant, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations in the foodhall.
* Plan and execute seasonal, student-friendly menus.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
* Manage food costs and kitchen budgets.
* Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen assistants.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for nutritious, high-quality food.
* Experience in high-volume catering or educational settings is a plus.
