Musgrave Wholesale Partners is looking to recruit a Customer Service / Telesales Representative who can provide excellent customer service support and work cross-functionally in a busy environment.

The role's purpose is to ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of all customer orders while upselling and cross-selling upcoming promotions or new products to a large portfolio of existing customers.

This is a fast-paced role suited for someone with previous customer service experience and strong communication skills over the phone.

This position is initially office-based, with potential for a mix of office and remote working in the future.

The part-time hours are 2-6 pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
* Process customer orders within agreed timeframes and issue relevant paperwork for sign-off.
* Support the Telesales Manager with key contract administration, including report collation and query resolution.
* Coordinate inter-company orders and liaise with other branches to ensure smooth service.
* Manage re-order processes, update systems regarding eliminated and inactive codes.
* Work daily with Re-Order, Operations, and Transport teams to resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in PC packages, including MS Office and Excel.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and accurately, contributing to team goals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a varied workload.

- Leaving Certificate qualification.
