Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie eager to showcase their talent. If you have previous experience in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Work in a busy kitchen managing high volume covers.
* Engage with team members to provide a consistently high standard of food.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, holding Level 2 qualification in Food Safety.
* Adapt to change and thrive under pressure.
* Maintain a professional image and commitment to the team.
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 4 years experience in a busy kitchen.
* High level of HACCP knowledge – Level 2 qualification.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and a friendly personality.
* Flexible with working hours (weekends and early starts required).
