Honeycomb are delighted to be working with a well-regarded general practice firm based in Dublin 12, specialising in family law, probate, and wills. The firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to provide day-to-day support to the Principal Solicitor. This is a permanent, full-time role offering excellent variety and the chance to be an integral part of a close-knit practice.
The role:
1. Dictaphone typing (experience essential).
2. Reception duties - welcoming clients and managing calls.
3. Scheduling appointments and diary management.
4. Drafting and typing legal documents and correspondence.
5. Handling incoming/outgoing post and DX (morning and evening).
6. Scanning, filing, and maintaining client records.
7. General administrative support to the Solicitor.
Criteria:
8. Minimum 1 year's experience in a legal secretary role (dictaphone typing essential).
9. Strong typing, organisational, and communication skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy practice.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal processes an advantage
