Role Overview
* The incumbent will be responsible for the timely and efficient processing of claims following patient discharge from hospital.
* Invoicing of claims once patient has been discharged from the hospital in a timely and efficient manner.
* Reconciliation of payments received, ensuring prompt resolution with private health insurance providers and patients regarding outstanding balances.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. They must also demonstrate proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accurate records. The selected individual should have prior experience in medical billing or healthcare administration. Familiarity with industry-standard software applications is an added advantage.
