Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a BIM Administrator with a leading European engineering contractor based in Dublin.
The BIM Administrator will become an integral part of the company's expanding Digital Transformation Team.
As a member of Group's Digital Transformation department, your role will involve all Admin related tasks within our Autodesk Platforms to better support our operations teams.
Responsibilities: Assigning required licenses to all users of our Autodesk account.
Controlling all licenses and making users inactive where applicable.
Creating all group level Companies in line with group & project expectations.
Creating and setting up all projects within our Autodesk Account.
Archiving Projects in lie with group expectations.
Assist with all Autodesk email tickets and provide prompt response to originators.
Be the central point of contact for the creation and maintenance of all checklists & forms across the environment (Commissioning, Quality & EHS).
Assist all project teams to formally set up, Commissioning, Quality & EHS environments.
Assistance with day-to-day activities, helping develop SOP's, training, Document creation etc.
Requirements: BIM360 & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience.
PCliterate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Experience with audits desirable.
Document management experience.
