Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Dublin, where you will be responsible for handling the export process for shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Duties include preparing export documentation, tracking shipments, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Export Agent will contribute to the seamless operation of QuickSTAT's services by solving logistical challenges and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and knowledge Service in Air freight and Export operations
* Experience with Freight Forwarding processes
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
* Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in relevant logistical software is preferred
* Prior experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage
